Here's how I see my experience: These folks screwed up the installation of a hot water heater which then resulted in a broken furnace, which ended up being my problem. Also, they hound you about payment and threaten collection even if they never sent the invoice. Avoid.

Great shop if you need anything with pluming, sheet metal or mechanical. You can just drop in and ask any question of the guys. All have ten to twenty years of experience in the trades unlike those people in the big box stores.
