Central Sewer

I originally used Roto-rooter to scope and flush our main waste line, they were fine (we had Frank) but then they tried to up sell me on something called a “waste line liner” because I had some misaligned pipes with small roots growing in. It was advertised as a “do once and forget”with no real downside other than slightly constrained openings where those pipes were misaligned but when I asked Fernando from Central Sewer about it, he said the constrained openings will be a bigger issue because of the types of Toilet paper we use these days, it just doesn’t disintegrate. I will be going with Central sewer now if only because I can have piece of mind they aren’t constantly trying to upswell me on things that aren’t tried and true.

I had an urgent clog in my septic system so I called Central Sewer and left a message. They called me back immediately, came within a few hours and resolved my problem. They spent time with me explaining the issue that I had and how to avoid it going forward. I will use them again! Great service!!

Just to be clear--I've never used this company before. I was on my way to work when i saw a Central Sewer Truck in front of me. The reason I'm writing this review is because a lot of water was coming out of the bottom of the truck and on to the highway. I'm going to assume that the "water" was in fact sewage waste being leaked. Its as if someone opened the hose all the way and the sewage continued to pour out. I'm pretty sure that's now how you get rid of waste. Talk about disrespectful.

I hired Central Sewer to diagnose a leak under my sink. I really appreciate that they have a full-time answering service, and they responded to our call within a few hours. They priced well and are very professional. I will definitely use their services in the future.
