Vail Hardware

I like mom & pop stores! Vail hardware is a great little hardware shop with a great selection, I have to say. I break a lot of stuff so if I need some glass cut or some custom duct work made. I go to Vail in Little valley. Always nice to me & there happy to help. If I don't have to go to a "Big Box Store" I'm happy! People Supporting People!

This company installed a furnace in the spring of 2013, later that year in the fall the furnace was not working. They showed up to fix the problem, troubleshooted it and then charged me $89.00 without advising me of the fees before doing the work. You would think that if a company installs a furnace that they would offer a certain period where they support the product. Watch this company they will pull out hidden charges like this one. On the original job they also left behind lots of garbage like pop cans, etc. in my basement.

Always rude came to my house shouting and screaming swearing at my family telling my construction crew that they were idiots would never recommend if you need something take your business else where they will steal the shirt off your back.

The store has a little bit of everything. I am often surprised by the selection. for instance they even have welding supplies.
