I wanted to use Gateway, what a disappointment. Called last week on Monday, someone named Anthony returned my call on the same day, he said they were closed due to the president’s day holiday, but that someone would call me on Tuesday. He mentioned that my service would be expensive because of the style boiler that I have, but he could not give me an estimate, but assured me that someone in the office would call me the following day. Tuesday came & went, no call. Wednesday, nothing again. Thursday I called & spoke with a woman who answered the phone. I told her what had happened, she said she would call me back, no apology or anything. Yeah.... I will let you guess...yep, never heard from them. How do people do that?
Disappointing. Tried to use this company for service and called them twice, and they are conspicuously unresponsive.
Excellent job - assessed the problem, bought the part needed and fixed our Baxi boiler in about 3 hours. Terrific same-day service!
