On JULY 3 at 4 pm ConEd shot off gas in our super busy restaurant in midtown manhattan!! This guys come on JULY 4 !! Did for use pressure tests and some repair, then come back again on july 6 (saturday) to finish. Monday morning their office filled all paper work to ConEd online and was with them on the phone for hours. On tuesday Plumbers come to do inspection with ConEd inspector and SAME!! day we had back GAS! Usually this whole proces with CondED takes around 2 weeks to have back gas in pipes. This company help us so much and we highly recommend them to any one who needs profesional service with people who know what they are doing in business. And the best thing is that we called them in the middle of the night. They are open 24/7 !!!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

The people who operate the phones here are very confused. I called and confirmed an appointment with a woman. When I asked how I know the appointment is confirmed she said "Don't worry, someone will be there." The next day I stayed home for the appointment. No one showed up. I call back and she said the appointment was never confirmed. They might be good plumbers but I wouldn't know. Can't get through because of the staff...
Hot water heater broke down suddenly, contacted Dina at Bargain Plumbing & Heating. She went the extra mile to get as much info as possible. Shpat and Parsim arrived when they said they would, removed the old hot water heater and installed the new one meticulously! All 3 individuals are very professional, efficient and gracious. I HIGHLY recommend this company, if I could give them 100 stars I would! Thank you!!!
