Always great work and service at a fair price

I recently was out of oil. This has happened to me before. They always take care of me the same day I call and always work out arrangements with me. Years ago I was with another company. I was out, called them, and they said they would deliver in a day or two! I called Deerpark, they delivered the same day, and I have been with them since. The other company called back the next day and said they could deliver that day, and I told them they were too late, and that I was now with another company. I am so grateful for Deerpark Oil!

Great service and knowledge from a local family owned company.

We ran out of heating oil and needed and emergency delivery and our regular company quoted us an outrageous fee and basically told us to go out and buy some kerosene or dyed diesel and put it in the tank until they could get to us to avoid the outrageous fee. It is cold outside and I wanted the oil tank filled right away. I made several phone calls and no one was able to accommodate me until I called Deepark Oil. I was quoted a fair fee for an emergency delivery and they did not demand prepayment or a credit card over the phone, the gal named Dee Dee was very helpful and within three hours their employee Joe came to check our tank, fill out tank and re-start the furnace. I honestly believe that you should always have a plan b and at this point, my plan b might become my "go to place". I am so shocked that my propane and heating oil supplier who made over $2500 on us for a new oil tank and a larger tank for propane and piping for a generator in 2016 would be so cold to a good customer. Had they quoted me $100, I would have gladly paid it to have them come today, $175 is robbery. When I called and said I was cancelling my delivery for tomorrow, they only asked if I wanted to re-schedule it. I thought my loyalty to Bottini meant something...it did not. I was happy to give Deerpark Oil the $75 emergency fee because they treated a STRANGER better than Bottini treated a customer of over 3 years. If you need oil, please give Deerpark Oil a call for a price. The driver even gave my one dog a treat that he had in his pocket which I thought was very nice too.
