Had a problem with my cesspool. I called the phone number and gave the girl all my info and she said someone will be calling me shortly. Pete called me in less than 10 minutes and told me he would be there in 45 minutes. And would you know it, he was there in just under 45 minutes. Im very used to people giving me a time and having to add an hour at least to that. When Pete came he asked me a few questions and went right to work. He has 40 years in the business, is extremely knowledgeable, and knows how to keep a customer for life. I used him once and will be using him from now on. I was very pleased with the price and know i could have paid way more using someone else.
