American Minuteman Sewer & Drain

Would recommend this company for all sewer and drain work. We manage several properties in Westchester and can always rely on American Minutemen to take care of our maintenance and to do excellent work. Very responsive for emergencies day and night.

Very good at what they do BUT their employees cannot be trusted!! I had work done from them and gave the 2 workers my credit card on the invoice to pay for the job!! Well they called me 10 minutes later and told me I forgot the 4 digit code on the card so stupidly I gave it to them. That night Amex called me and asked if I just made a purchase at a sneaker store on line in the Bronx for 800.00 along with a 1,500 purchase at Walmart??!! Thank god they caught it. Never give anyone your credit card!! Lesson learned!! I called the company to tell them but who knows what they did with the info since the credit card company cannot trace who did this since they stopped the order. Sooo if you use them, do not pay the workers EVER!!! Let them bill you . Otherwise they are good!

Had a back up and waited two hours for rooter to come. Then called American and there guys came out in 20 mins. They worked fast and clean. The price was 110.00 less then they quoted on the phone. I highly recommend this company. Erik Hall New City.

Willy came promptly (45 minutes) for emergency service at night. Kitchen sink was totally clear in less than an hour. Great personality and $100 less than two others I called. I would definitly recommend.
