Joe, the owner does not stick to his word. Pick a different plumber! I would never recommend him.

Came to fix my leaking pipe an hour after I called. Fast, neat, cleaned up even stuff that I left a mess. Made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. Showed me everything they were doing. Couldn't ask for better service. And polite too! 5+ stars

Keeps me hanging on his every word all day long that he is "on the way" and will "be there soon" - by day's end he scuttles the service call and shuts his phone off rather than just calling to cancel the service call altogether.
