Plumbers broke a shelf underneath my sink, also insisted talking about how "high" they got over the past weekend loud enough for my children and I to hear. Additionally, I called and left a message after hours for a plumber to be sent. They never returned my call, just showed up the next day. The work was done correctly and for a reasonable price. But the customer service is severely lacking. Still not happy about the shelf.. Will probably go elsewhere next time.
