I've had a few things updated and the workers aren't pushy, very polite, and execute quality work. Only ding, emergency number could use a prompt such as "Hello, Scheblein" ... not just "Hallo?!" — I thought I was calling someone's home by accident.

I lived on Ivy street in a rental while they did a renovation on both sides of 101. they moved the water service from one side to the other along with the electricians who moved the electric service from 1 side to the other,,,no permits I'm sure but when they lit the basement on fire burned up my wife shoes and antique shoe rack and then left without even mentioning it that showed me the kind of people they are. The landlord offered restitution but never made good on it and didn't want me to contact the plumbers because I'm sure like I said no permits.

Awful! Did a basic bathroom remodel for us this summer and we have had problems ever since. Now we have a major leak from the bathroom radiator and it has flooded our kitchen and ruined our cabinets. When I contact the owner he basically told me it wasn’t his problem. Terrible customer service and clearly terrible craftsmanship. DO NOT US THIS COMPANY!!

I have been using Eric and his men for a decade or more. I would not let anyone else near my pipes. Comes quickly and fair prices. Can't ask for more.
