Frank is great. A genuine, considerate person who does great work. It is a comfort to know he is available if we need plumbing help.

Poor workmanship that continues to create problems years later. Sloppy work. Destroyed Sheetrock without repair. Set us a gas fireplace without securing it to the base. Set up a new sink and failed to put in a sanitary trap. It goes on and on!!

Poli installed our new hot water heater. We compared prices of all licensed plumbers, and his was the best. Actually, we thought he was a very nice guy and were happy with the work. Now we had some other plumbing issues, and the plumbers told us the hot water heater wasn't installed according to code. I called him and asked that he fix it, and he told me he would for $250 additional. Outrageous!! I called the prior plumbers to see if they had included all equipment needed for a code-compliant installation on other quotes and they had. He gave a cheap price, without regard to safety or Huntington laws. Had he told me that he wasnt including everything and not installing it up to code, I never would have chosen him. Very upset

I just bought a house in Cold Spring Harbor. During the inspection of the home, we discovered a leak from the Master Bedroom into the living room. We insisted that the leak be fixed before we purchased the home. The sellers gave us a receipt from F. Poli Plumbing that the leak was fixed. During the walk-thru, no water was leaking through the ceiling. However, the first time we turned the shower on in the master bedroom after we closed on the home, water poured into the living room. The leak was not fixed. We are now calling another plumber to properly fix this leak.

Poli plumbing is horrible! I had to redo just about everything they did in my house. Never use them!
