Whenever something's wrong I call them. I really like this company, it's a very small firm with basically two guys working. They are usually available the same day and do the job right there and then. And the prices are very, very good. Don't call "big guys", call your local guys. "Big guys" told me I'd need to replace my entire sewage system which would bankrupt us. Palmac fixed it for something like $500 for two day's work and it's been working perfectly for 5+ years. They are honest and hard working.

I've had them clean & check the furnace in my old house before closing. They were on time and reasonable. Moved to a new house and had them replace a furnace and gas stove. They did a fantastic job on both! Already have some more jobs down the line and will use them for those as well!
