If you have septic system problems - THESE GUYS SHOULD BE YOUR FIRST CALL. Seriously. Here's why: 1) They are prompt. They don't make you wait and even though the company is busy, they comunicate very effectively. 2) Their employees are amazing. I wish I would have gotten the two guys' names because they were the best. Friendly, polite and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. Because I have an older system, they didn't have an easy task. Nevertheless, they didn't give up and went that extra mile. 3) The price was exactly what they said it would be. They didn't try to upcharge, they didn't back out of the job because it was difficult. The price was the price. 4) The price was affordable. These days everyone is on a budget. Me included. The price was fair and honestly, less than I had expected and much less than national franchises would have you pay. 5) They are a local company. (As a bonus - they hire military veterans! That right there made my day!) 6) NO UPSELLING! Delo claims that they can clean out your leachfield. Guess what - THEY CAN!!!! They can make an old system come back to life!!! And they do it for the price they quote. Having septic system issues can really be stressful. But they don't have to be. Delo Drain and Septic Services will take care of your issues.
