Very helpful and knowledgeable staff both on the phone and in store. I am a new home owner with not much experience in matters of plumbing/electrical/hardware but they never once made me feel like the big dummy I am. Staff was not pushy and even recommended purchasing one item they did not have in stock online and provided me with the item # and where to purchase it. Will absolutely return anytime I need assistance with home upgrades or repairs. Couldn't recommend this place more.
