Big Willy's Septic Services

Called and scheduled an appointment for less than 1 week out for a 9am septic inspection for a new home purchase. He took the address and said see you then, but he never showed up. I called him at 10 and got a return voicemail message. He said he didn’t have an appointment for me and that I must have called a different company. Big Willy’s was the only company I called for an appointment, and they even answered the phone saying they were Big Willy’s when I made the appointment. They totally dropped the ball and tried to blame me. Wouldn’t recommend if you want somebody reliable.

We had an emergency situation on the 4th of July. Big Willy was at our house within 10 minutes of calling. Problem solved. Thanks for saving our basement and our holiday!

Used this company twice previously without issue, this time with advance notice and a agreement to be there first thing at 8 on a Thursday morning they failed to show up and 3 consecutive calls to them went unanswered and unreturned. I understand emergencies happen and times may need to change but if you don't call or communicate I was forced to go to someone else and found who I will be recommending in the future.

Used this company 4 years ago and everything was fine. They must have gone downhill since then because I recently left two phone messages and never got a call back. Had to find another company to service our septic system.

Horrible customer service. Repeated calls for six weeks, nothing but excuses. Would not recommend.
