I needed to have our Navien on-demand system looked at, and found Big City listed on the Navien website as a Navien Service Specialist. I spoke with Diane, and she was very helpful in setting up an appointment and helping to diagnose my problem. Benny and Ed were punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the problem, and were happy to explain what they were doing as they worked. They were able to speak with Navien and had the part covered under warranty. It was still a bit pricey for the labor/diagnosis, but considering the level of service I received it was worth it. Will use them again for future plumbing needs.

Mike and his staff at Big City Plumbing are extremely professional and friendly. Mike is honest and considerate of how your money is being spent. Only work needed or requested by you is what you will receive. The quality of the work is exceptional and your home will be respected by the crew. Benny is a tech-savvy plumber, familiar with today's technology and your equipment will be dialed-in as it should be for the highest efficiency. If you find a lower price, you will not be getting the same job. When you call,you will likely be greeted by Diane. She is very personable and will guide you in the right direction. Your calls will always be returned. This is a business model that should be emulated by all contractors. Honesty and quality.

An estimate of the work needed to repair my relatively new tankless water heater was discussed over the phone. Red flags were hoisted immediately in my mind after the owner of this business gave me a grossly inflated estimate of about $500 in charges for simply replacing a 2 1/2 foot PVC exhaust pipe with one made of CPVC. Apparently, he doesn't want small jobs and will pad the bill to make a service visit worth his while. Stay away!

Big City Plumbing gets 5 stars from us. From the first quote Mike gave to the day we fired up our new Navien 240, our oil to gas conversion was a hassle free process . They were fast, responsive to calls (even now almost a year later), super clean with both their removal and installation work, and all at a great price. Especially when the $600.00 rebate check arrived a few weeks later that Diane had filed for us! And for those curious I paid 40% less in costs in the year after I went to gas. Plus no smell and a laundry room that has doubled in size. Highly recommend the conversion it pays for itself in 5 years.
