Service Dept. was very responsive and put the right people on the job. Great work to fix AC problems left by another company. Highly recommend UNITED.

So I paid $100 extra for the guy who was outside on his phone for 45 mins great. Hated their job did nothing. Twice overcharged me for providing nothing. Rude customer service. Ridiculous charges. Not recommended at all.
