I have got worst plumbing service ever from Joe who said 46 yrs in his business Drain Kleen Sewer Services, sent me young guy ? Adam , he asked me black plastic bag for him and he did only power snaking for sewer drainage without cleaning sewer tank and edge. Joe did set the price $200 with me, young worker asked me $295+ tax , while I make a call for price check to Joe , Young Guy worker left my house with bad attitude. I had to make a call back again Joe, he did not talk to me neither. I can not trust this people's service. I paid them more than $ 321.18 just for 20 min job power snaking only. They are not reliable, irresponsible and bad services for money. Shame on them. No mercy for seniors in this town.

I called Drain Kleen about a main drain blockage that was causing me significant disruption and distress. My call was answered on the second ring by a courteous, friendly and professional member of their staff. She took my information and then was able to schedule a same-day visit to my house within a two hour window. They arrived within the window and with their heavy duty equipment were able to clear my drain faster than I expected, and at a cost well less than I anticipated. It was overall an exceptional experience; I highly recommend this business!

Called 5 pm on a Thursday, crew arrived 7:30 AM Friday. Massive sink back up eliminated before 10 AM. Great service, reasonable price, professional technician
