We were having some problems with our hot water heater and decided to call Pacific plumbing company. We were able to have Jerry a very friendly water heater repair technician come to our home and give us a proper assessment on what our needs were. Turns out our water heater needed to be replaced and they gave us a fair estimate to get the work done. We decided to hold off until the next day in which he was able to come and take care of our issues with installing a new water heater.
