Jb's Line Cleaning & Plumbing

I can say the office workers, and the service technician for J.B.'s are on point. I called on a Sunday afternoon for a Monday morning septic service, and the office confirmed with me at 8:00 am Monday morning. When the technician arrived, the service was a bit difficult for him but we both got creative, and the end result was a very clean tank. I would happily call J.B.'s for their services again.

Called a week ago and everyday has been another excuse as to why they do not show up. I've been a customer for over 15 yrs and when times were really, really tough, we had to slowly pay them off. We didn't complain about the interest added monthly, we just payed them until it was payed in full. They have made good money from not only us, but the many people we sent to them. We were going to give them the job of putting in a new system, but that job is now going to another company. So, if you need a company that will actually work with you through bad times and not hold it against you later, this is not the company to go with. Shame on you!!!

Excellent. I called late yesterday and they had someone out here this morning! Excellent right from the initial phone call to job completed. Fast, courteous, affordable, very informative. I highly recommend and I know our business and family will be using Jbs for all our plumbing needs! Will recommend to everyone. Thank you!

Worst customer service I have ever received! Took my money and didn't do anything. Promised two different times to show up to fix the problem after initial visit, but didn't show and still took our money! Two weeks of wasting time with this company and empty promises. Wish I could leave no stars... will be disputing charges with the credit card company. Left several messages for the owner and not one call back. Avoid this business if you want the job done.
