Amazing professional service - honest, quality expertise and efficient. We had a technician from another company gave a diagnosis that our 5 year old top of line Carrier central AC is out of order because of “faulty compressor” and suggest we replace the entire system outright for $4k. Manatuck came and found within 5 mins that it was actually a receptor issue due to normal tear and wear after 5 years and the replacement was a much simpler fix than what other company suggested. Saved us time and money! Best service in the industry, highly recommended!

Thank you Jose and his crew for installing a new boiler in my home! My 30 year old gas boiler cracked and flooded my basement overnight and Jose came in the next morning to check why my heat wasn’t working and where the water was coming from. He found a crack in my boiler and asked me if I wanted to replace it. Of course I said yes..the price was right and he replaced it the same day. DO not use this company Jose is a crook he installed our unit 6 years ago. We were looking to save oil so he talked us into getting the unit that does both and once fall came not even warm air came out we called and sent emails to him and he told us that in the state of ny because it’s so cold the heat part doesn’t really work. Every summer the air stops working we have called and sent emails to him and no response we’ve spent thousands to keep fixing this unit and of course we were told the unit was old to begin with so the warranty has expired he actually lives right around the block from us and we’ve gone there and they say he’s never there. I am in the process of getting a lawyer because we just spent another 2 thousand dollars and the unit is not working and once again Jose has not answered any of our calls and now he’s not answering my brother in laws calls either n he’s had problems from the beginning too and I feel horrible since we recommend him and this company. The service was great. The estimator was knowledgeable and polite. The price was fair (about 10% less than a 2nd estimate I got). The crew arrived on time competed the job within a day, and left the place neat and clean. The unit works great. I have used other firms in the past and none came close the the professionalism of Manatuck. I highly recommend them.
