Just had two faucets replaced - one in the bathroom and one in the kitchen. I'm very pleased with the service. Both faucets work great and look beautiful! Joe was very efficient and his work is high quality. The work was done in a timely fashion at an affordable price. I would use him again and highly recommend Elm Plumbing and Heating.
My experience with Elm Plumbing and Heating has been terrible and is ongoing. I contacted Elm Plumbing and Heating on 10/13/18 to fix the heat from my gas furnace. After a total of 8 services calls (occurring from 10/13/18 to 10/23/18), a number of “replaced” parts, continuous disruption to my home, and an approximate $2,000 invoice, we still had no heat. We contacted someone else and they diagnosed the problem within 45 minutes. The new serviceman replaced the part, and charged $355 for parts and labor. I consulted with others and was told that the parts replaced by Elm Plumbing and Heating were unrelated to the underlying problem. I contacted Elm Plumbing and Heating and explained the situation in a professional manner. While not necessary (and in an effort to be a good human being), I offered to pay for the cost of the parts (which Elm Plumbing and Heating had marked up over 100%) … but explained that I am not paying for labor related to their incompetence. They hung up on me, which only further demonstrates their unprofessional manner of conducting business. This experience has been unsettling … but I will not be taken advantage of. More to come and we’ll see if Elm Plumbing and Heating can right the ship!
When i was growing up I always remember my parents saying call Joe Russo at Elm Plumbing any time they had an issue. As an adult I have used Elm plumbing in both the houses I have lived in since I'm married . Last week my eldest son used him for a clog in his new home. You can't get a better recommendation than 3 generation's of use from the same plumber. Thanks for years of great service.
