Earl F. from Zenner & Ritter was very professional when I requested estimates for a furnace, AC unit, and generator. Very precise, and he went over everything in the estimates. He was respectful, courteous, and knowledgeable when I asked him questions and explained everything I needed to know while considering having them do the job. As of now, I can only speak of this gentleman who came to my house (and right on the appointment time scheduled too), but if all the technicians are as nice and friendly as Earl was, I would highly recommend their services. There was absolutely no pressure to sign any contract on the spot either! Thank you, Earl, for a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and your professional conduct! UPDATE 7/8/2019 Have used this air conditioner unit and furnace now for almost a year. Works perfectly! Very happy with the system we purchased and are now considering them for replacing our fuse box. Would highly recommend this well known company for doing the work professionally. Give them an A....

I am 110% impressed by Zenner and Ritter. I recently built a house. We had so many contractors in and out, not one of them were as thorough and professional as these folks. They impressed me from the minute they picked up the phone. I love how they schedule (fast and clear communication), I was blown away by the explanations and time spent during the estimate process (thanks Bill), and even More impressed by installers and service tech. Big thanks to Phil, Sean, and Greg! I purchased a Mitsubishi a/c unit as well as had service on two generators. I will sing your praises to EVERYONE. I've been a customer for a year now, and I find Zenner & Ritter to be very professional and reliable. They installed a new water heater and a backup sump pump. They were more reasonable $$ than other companies. I was so happy with the people who came to do the work, I decided to join their maintenance plan for the heating & A/C. They do a thorough check and answer all my questions. The staff is very nice to work with too. I recommend this company.

I have been using Zenner & Ritter for 7 years or so now. They started by installing a whole house generator & back up sump pump and handled the whole process in such a professional manner that I began using them for regular maintenance of my furnace etc. Very professional and trustworthy throughout the years. A few weeks ago the fan motor on my 15 year old furnace broke and I decided to replace the whole furnace and air conditioner rather than a repair. Z&R gave me the initial quote with four different pricing / equipment options and took care to find me rebates available. It's important to note that they help you understand the capabilities of the equipment as well. I also secured three other quotes from local companies and while Z&R may not have been the lowest price, they were close. I chose Z&R rather than the others because I know that there is a reputable local company that stands behind the most important equipment you have in the house. I know that there will be someone there if I have to call with an emergency at 2:00 AM. The install was done by Fulvio and another tech whose name I forgot (sorry). They were top notch. Clean, thorough, and great communication. The whole experience was good!

Very efficient service. Got two new furnaces installed in my basement. The workers were friendly, fast, and left no trace of garbage or debris. Will definitely use again in the future!
