Never called back. I had to keep calling. Driver showed up and didn't have the equipment too do the job. Wanted to know more about our personal lives than our septic problem.

They scheduled an apt for me on a Monday between 9 and 12 a.m. I took PTO from work to be home when they arrived. At 10:30 a.m I call for an ETA and am only told I am on the schedule. 1:30 I call again and am told now it will be late afternoon. At 3:30 I get a call that they are leaving from Vernon. Now 7 P.m. no call no show, so waste of an entire day for me. I believe they may provide great service, that's why I hired them, but communication and reliability are sorely lacking. I have hired someone else and now have to take another day off. I should be sending them a bill for my time!
