Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain

The plumber that serviced our office was incredibly rude! He came got here at around 4pm and was obviously irritated when he was asked to wait 10 minutes until we got all of our patients out of the office. He had to return the next day to finish the job, everyone was gone to lunch when he finished and one of our associates was looking for a check to pay him and he told her that if she took 2 more minutes he was gonna charge her another $50! Someone should teach this guy that a little kindness goes a long way! Especially in a small town! We definitely won't be using this company again!
