Frank replaced my dying water heater today. Excellent job, great installation and quickly done. Communication with the company couldn't be better. Friendly people who actually answer the phone and call you when they say they will...and show up on time. I would highly recommend! Thanks...I have hot water again!

Frank came over on a holiday weekend and fixed everything. He had to go into the wall to reach the pipe and made sure it was easy for me to put the panel back on after the area dried out.

A few people had recommended this company to me. I called to have them come out to give me a quote. In which they did, I was pleased with the pricing. However, because of a misunderstanding and lack of communication on my husband and I’s end. Another plumber came by in which I turned away because I did advise I had a plumber already. By the time I spoke with my husband to confirm the plumber to come back the next day to fix because it was told to me they would come out. The young lady I spoke with then said “My husband saw a plumber at your house, so I don’t know when the work can be done”. I explained the situation but was then told they were busy and had a big project to do the following week and cannot do the work and said good luck. Very Upsetting. ????

Heating went down this past (cold) Sunday morning. I needed a plumber fast! I called Classic Plumbing; very fast return call; Frank arrived when he said; problem solved two hours later. Great service (with a smile!). I WILL be using them (him) as my plumber from this point forward.

Spectacular customer service, fair prices, excellent work, reliable,always on time. Frank and Jen make a great team. I highly recommend them to anyone. Extremely professional family business!
