Mike's Plumbing & Drain Service

Disappointed. I called for an emergency repair since the water pressure was so low in my home that, nothing was working properly. I reached a person that took down my number and address, than told me that someone would call me today. I waited over 5 hours while my problem got worse, and I finally received phone call from Mike but he couldn't come until tomorrow afternoon. I had to call other plumbers to find the right one, that could actually come in and fix the issue before, there was no water in my home at all. I can't recommend a company that claims to be open 24 hours but, doesn't have the common courtesy to get someone to respond quickly, to fix emergency repairs. I would have appreciated even a call to tell me that, there was no one available at least, instead of someone calling me hours later, only to tell me he can't come until tomorrow afternoon.

Mike worked with such efficiency that, when I thought he was going on break, it turned out he was actually done! Mike also has a talent for explaining in plain English what went wrong and what he did to correct it! Anyone from a first time renter to a retiree with multiple properties can understand Mike when he explains something,

great plumber!!! especially for ancient plumbing..smart... with often creative work-arounds. I've never had a problem that mike couldn't resolve .

Kitchen Drain Problem - He came, he fixed the problem, and charged me a lot less than the competition.
