Right on time, fast and reliable
M&O has completed several pumps outs for us in the Poughkeepsie region. They are on time and their pricing is reasonable, I would recommend this company to others.
I would give it 1 star if I could. Very rude person who answered phone (could not be called customer service representative) because she couldn't have cared less. Gave me a 8, yes 8 hour timeframe. 8-4. We will call on way. Couldn't give me a 30 minute warning. Seriously! What person stays at their home for 8 hours waiting!!! I then called them at 320 to get the SAME rude woman as the mornng who said they are running late with emergencies. I did schedule this 2 weeks in advance and received no phone call from them stating they might be late for the 8 hour time frame. When I told her I was upset, she hung up on me after telling me I could leave a check there and leave the house! No thanks!
Stay away!!! M & O installed a 630 gallon concrete drywell in my yard in December 2009. Here we are almost seven years later, and it failed. ProSeptic is here, and will install a leachfield for less than M & O took from me 7 years ago.
