4995 sewer and drain of suffolk

My experience with this company today was horrible. I called at 2pm they said they would come between 4-7 I waited all that time. I have a backed up main sewer line and 2 elderly people here and I can't even flush my toilet. As 6 approach I call and ask if the person was coming, they said " he's finishing another job he will be there as soon as he is done" 8 o clock came around and they never came, so I called the company any the most unprofessional and ghetto person answered I explained my situation. She immediately became defensive and completely disrespectful. She stated that the company had scheduled me for the following date, witch was not true, And the day shift is gone and could not help me even though I was having a true plumbing emergency. Also she claimed that she could not book me during the night shift. Its is now almost 10pm i am still without my situations resolved, she told me that I can go to another company and hung up on me. If I could rate the costumer service lower the 1 star I would.
