excellent in every respect. came quickly, very competent, fixed a complex plumbing problem. stayed after hours to make sure the issue was totally fixed. fair pricing and very trustworthy. Luis, the plumber was courteous, professional and explained everything that had to be done before starting. He worked very hard, and later in the day was assisted by Steve, who brought with him additional parts that were needed. he too, was excellent in every respect. they were neat and cleaned up after job was finished. i am one happy customer
Matt and his crew came out on time and got the job done cleanly. The while crew was very professional and walked me through the whole process...the mini split they installed is awesome! Highly recommend.
Debbie (who answered the phone) was wonderful in scheduling an emergency appointment. Their truck came in just over an hour. Luis the plumber was very professional and knowledgeable. He took his time and did the job correctly. He explained everything that was done and made sure everything was working. Their prices are a bit high but the service and quality is worth it. You get what you pay for. I will continue to call them for our plumbing needs.
Top quality service. I couldn't ask for anything better. Had the founder, Matt, personally come to the house to assess my hazardous boiler situation. Matt took his time to go over all the details, gave me multiple options, and finally customized a solution to fit my needs (and budget). The man is competent and efficient. The team at Gold Star perpetuates that culture. When the crew showed up for the job, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly. Smooth. Clean. Adaptable. It was a very fluid experience. Fully trust this company and will look to hire them again when we can afford to put in Central AC.
