This company is a complete joke, totally dishonest and only interested in taking your money. I am currently calling for the 10th time today to get an invoice for a job completed on Sunday, today is Friday. The owner or manager, Ned didn’t even have the decency to call me himself when the price for the work changed not one not two but three times. They took advantage of the fact that I was not on site at the location as the water was overflowing in my commercial business. They never left a receipt and basically sent a plumbers apprentice who did not even come with proper tools I am told by my tenants as he had to make constant phone calls to Ned, thus driving up their time at my location. Ned has just threatened to call the local sheriff if I did not stop calling to address the current situation I am in. However I think it fair that if you charge someone 2400 dollars they are entitled to an explanation. In short, you would be better off asking your dog to perform your plumbing work at least he was he honest with you.
