Very bad experience with two employees if this business. If I could rate them less than one star, I would and I haven't actually used any services from these people. The level of professionalism that employees and management have is very poor. I would not recommend this company just based on what I encountered in public with them. Yelling at people in a drive through and threatened to "kick someone's ass"... Very unpleasant experience and worse thing about it is when I called the company, they tried lying about the incident.. Shame on you, chautauqua mechanical. Your employees represent your business, what kind of reputation do you want set?
