This guy Phil Ceparano had nothing better to do than chase a guy down after trying to cut him off on the road, to only yell racial slurs.. whoever is doing business with this guy in LI, NY is supporting the a business who apperantly has a problem with “immigrants”, go about your work day! Stop chasing people down only to harass! For any other customer, keep supporting this racial business, you only doing your country better.
