Todd took money from me and never came back to finish a job claiming he doesn’t do small jobs anymore. Afternoon months of brushing me off he agreed to come and do the job or give me money back. He never showed up and stopped answering my txts/calls after that. Don’t use this scammer

Drain Doctos and Todd were awesome. They came on time and assessed what was wrong and fixed it. They did what they said they were going to do and got it done. When they left my kitchen was cleaner than when they arrived. I would use them again and recommend them in a heart beat.

Todd is great. He arrived in under an hour. Solved the problem quickly and explained things in terms someone who isn’t a plumber could understand. You can’t beat his prices. Highly recommend.

I called them for an estimate and after a couple of missed attempts, they did show up eventually and I was quoted a price verbally. His assessment of the issues seemed sound, but I was told that they would call/text to schedule time for doing the repair, but never heard from them again. Ended up using another plumber in the area. Wished the followup and communication were better.
