I had D. Kandefer Plumbing & Heating come out to replace a leaking in ground water main service main that that was costing me a fortune! I thought for certain the repair would be costly and take several days to complete. The men of Kandefer had the permits from the city ready same day, concrete sidewalk carefully lifted, and the water line tied in that day! Special thanks to Dan, I really appreciate the honesty, and fair pricing, integrity and quality of work.

Very costly. Sent two repair people with out notifying me and charged for each person per hour. Job was small and room where boiler is is very small, two people cant fit. Not sure what the second person did for $70/hour. Also was charged a trip charge on top of the other charges. Isn't driving to a job part of the job? Charges were not communicated prior to the job and sending two people when I called one directly doesnt sit well. Would not recommend.
