Had a leaking hose for a Grohe hand shower, I brought the old shower head and hose with me. They matched the thread, and sold me a full shower head with hose instead. The hose for that shower head, however did not pass through the opening in the tub; and they would not accept the return (less than 20 minutes later). I could get the same advice at a big box store, and return the part when it didn't work out.
