Apparently, this is the ONLY plumber on Long Island who knows how to run a business. He's got a simple, easy to remember phone number and kindly returns calls! I had called Lou to fix my plumbing issue in my basement and he promised to come to my home on July 21 for an estimate. The estimate was very fair considering the amount of work required. Again, he promised to return the following Saturday to complete the work. He even called me the night before to confirm that he would be at my home on July 29 by 9:30am. I was very pleased that Lou and his assistant Dave arrived on time. The work to replace the pipes was completed within 2 hours and very neat. I got the impression that Lou and Dave have been doing this for a while and take pride in their work. Overall, I feel comfortable that the job was performed well, and most important, they gave me an excellent first impression because of their dependability. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately I dialed this guy and it was the worst experience ever with a contractor. A total scam artist. Do yourself a favor call someone else like a highly recommended plumber on Angie's list.
