Had a 25+ year old whole house particulate filter in my home, which leaked heavily after I changed the filter. Called 2 other plumbers before finding Call Clint (recommended by another plumber) on a Friday morning. Call Clint were responsive and gave me a time window. Their plumber, John G., arrived early in that window. Found John to be extremely informed and patient. Once he diagnosed the issue, he presented alternatives (fix vs replace) and I chose to replace it. John quickly researched best options on his tablet and i was able to select what I wanted. He returned with the new filter, at the time he said he would, to install it. When done, he then explained the steps to change it next time. John also left the work area in great shape and was very courteous and professional. Pricing was as expected for labor + parts. Reasonable given the task at hand and time needed to complete it. As a solo home owner, I was not taken advantage of and truly appreciated the respect and professionalism given to me by John and by the woman at the Call Clint office. Great outfit & I highly recommend them for plumbing diagnosis & repairs!

Called to get an estimate on having a remote recirculating pump installed at my kitchen sink to get hot water faster in my kitchen. The technician inspected my systems and found an additional unused electric hot water heater in my laundry room closer to the kitchen. Using that instead of my oil burner would provide hot water faster and I could shut off the oil burner saving energy there. No charge and instant fix. Thanks for your honesty and help. I've set this configuration up and it works great.

I had a drain blockage and tried a number of local plumbers but got no response or outrageous prices. I decided to try Call Clint and had an appointment immediately. Technician arrived on time. Quickly diagnosed the problem. I got a quote before the work began, which was very fair. The work was completed quickly, tested and confirmed before leaving. Very professional, personable and informative. Will use again.

He quickly identified the problems, explained it all to me and gave me a fair estimate, all the while being friendly & professional. I accepted, and he went to work. John from Call Clint was knowledgeable. He was the first estimate and I thought the price was too high. He said the valve was not expensive but the labor was. I have to get more estimates.
