I was recommended to Jerry’s plumbing by a prominent local businessman in B’ville, so I called them on 2-8-19. Spoke to a Kathryn. She booked an appointment for 2-13-19. On 2-13, I called her to confirm; she called me back to cancel as she said they had plumbing emergencies to deal with; whereupon, she re-booked me for 2-15. When I called to confirm the appointment on 2-15, Sean answered and said he didn’t know anything about it, but took my number and said he would call me back later that evening, which he never did. And 2 weeks have gone by since. Analysis: One of the rudest things you can do is make an appointment (for a house visit or a return phone call) and not honor it. Whether it’s you or someone working for you, you are showing the customer that you don't care about his or her time. No call back. No apologies. No nothing. You may be the best plumbers in the world, but you are also rude and inconsiderate when it comes to basic customer service. Glen P.S. I left work early on 2-15, so you should be paying me for my time that you collectively wasted.

I’ve used Mike a few times. I’ve met his father also. Very nice. Very professional and honest!

Had some work that needed to be done and met Shawn for the first time. I cannot speak more highly of his professionalism and honesty. Did what needed to be done and more....the latter at no extra charge. Highly recommend !!!!!
