This is the worst company I’ve ever came across. They installed a new water pump about 4 years ago for me and now I’m having trouble with it. When I called them I left a message and they never got back to me. Once I finally got someone on the phone all they told me was they couldn’t send someone out... They couldn’t even make an appointment for me! I asked what date they could possibly have someone out and they told me to call another company. Its probably because the pump is under warranty so they wouldn’t make as much money sending a guy out for it. So then I asked them what brand the pump was so I could try to go about with the manufacture warranty and they couldn’t even tell me that! They probably installed an old pump and figured no one would notice. If there was a 0 star rating that’s what I would give them .. I guess I’ll settle for 1 Star for the 0 help they provided me with
Well, he hasn't even been to the house yet and I already like him better than our last plumber. Gave me a price, and advice over the phone. Since we have no hot water, he is squeezing us in after hours tonight. I'm impressed.
