My A/C compressor stopped working on a hot summer day. I called at 7am on a Saturday and within 20 minutes, Patrick arrived to diagnose and fix the issue. Pat was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgable. You just don’t find people like this any more. There is no doubt that when I need service again, I will be calling Patrick. I strongly recommend this company!
I can not say enough about the knowledge, professionalism, courteous service and reasonable rates that Patrick and his son provide. He explains to you the problem, what needs to be done and how he will do it. He comes when he says he is going to come and goes out of his way to provide service after hours. After having Patrick service our home there is no one else I even consider before him. I also have to mention his trustworthiness. Sometimes I could not be there when service was provided and I knew I could clearly trust him and his son in our home as well as the home of our tenants. Thank you Patrick.
On 8/21/2019 I returned home from vacation to find my basement had 3ft of water. 3 Hot water tanks 3 furnaces. All under water. After getting the water out I had no hot water. I called 3 businesses to get service no one could help me. I continued to search for help. It must have been the Grace of God to select Esposito and Son. I am so very happy. Mr Esposito is professional and very knowledgeable. He worked on my hot water tanks and got them back to normal. I will be inviting him back for my furnaces this fall. Hats off this business. They were busy with other customers on Saturday when I called but they were able to take the time out to offer help over the phone to solve my issue. I described my issues and I was advised and given instructions on how to attempt make repairs myself. Hopefully the advice helps. If not I will definitely be calling back to make an appointment.
Top Notch gets the job done right. Doesn't quit til he gets it fixed. Excellent customer service gets to you right away when something is wrong. Doesn't overcharge you and makes sure you are Satisfied. You can't go wrong with this company.
