The infamous Rob strikes again. In all seriousness, he's knowledge, efficient, and quite personable. We'll be sure to give him a shout the next time we encounter an issue. The 5 stars are because our issue required 2 visits within as many days. On the morning of day 2, Rob stopped by our house on the way to work as our heating was not working. He fixed the issue and came back later that day to complete the job. Furthermore, he called the 3rd day and ensured everything was working well. That's someone who takes ownership over their job!

Rob and and his trainee crushed it. He clearly has a lot of experience and was very professional the whole time. I just bought the building and I was not expecting the gas wood stove heat in my tenant's unit to be a complete goner. Rob didn't just tell me that it was broken and needed to be replaced, he told me why in terms I could understand. I asked if he could install a spare unit I had and he agreed even though it was already getting toward the end of the day. Within a couple hours, the unit was installed and everything was cleaned up. Even after all this, the bill was very reasonable. Techs like these, ones who are competent and trustworthy, are few and far between. Go Rob!
