Drain Away Sewer Drain Services

I have been using this company for the last year and they were always there until...... I needed the main drain replaced. The owner son, JOHN, is the one who told me it needed replacing. I called last fall 3 times and no one called me back. Fast forward to this spring, had the guys over to un-clog the drain. Had John over to give me a quote. Told me he would be there the next week. Called him after not getting a call that week and he said next week. Called him on the next week on Monday 6-11-18, he told me he would be there Thur. 6-14-18. He knew I needed 2 days notice to get out of work as I manage a medical practice and hard to find coverage. Come Thursday, I waited and waited, kept trying to call him, no answer. Called the office several times and the gal there was nice and felt horrible for me. I could not go anywhere as I didn't know if he would show up. Finally at 7:30 PM, he called me and gave me a story that his trailer caught fire. He said he would borrow a trailer and said, "I promise to have it fixed for you by the end of the weekend". Guess what.. he NO SHOWED again. I cant even believe this was happening. Having house guests this week and daughters graduation and he NO SHOWS 2X'S!!! BTW, when the gal in the office had told me she got hold of him, he was on another job, and she told him he needed to call me. So.....Did the trailer ever really catch fire? I don't think so since he has a habit of not showing up or having the courtesy of calling his customers back. I emailed the owner ( his father) on the Thursday he was suppose to show up. No response ever came back. I took a day off work and lost money by him not showing up. I am truly shocked at the professionalism by this company, or lack thereof. I would NOT recommend this company as now I am stuck trying to find another trusted plumber. Unbelievable!!
