Woke up this morning to our furnace completely not working... 50 degrees in our house while it was 20 degrees outside - we were cold!! ???? Called a couple of places between 8 and 8:30 when they opened... Patrick was the only one to call back by 9a. Josh was able to fit us in for early afternoon, was prompt and courteous, and quickly diagnosed our issue and fixed it fast! A *little* pricey for such a quick, easy fix (needed a filter of all bloody things!), but that is our fault - not theirs. Gotta have your hourly rate for this specific skill set! ???? They were there when we needed them (when no one else was) and if it was something major at least I know it would have been taken care of. Makes it all worth it, and I am so thankful! Looking forward to being toasty tonight. ???? Wouldnt hesitate to call them again and I will absolutely recommend to anyone that needs heating/cooling guys. ????
