So glad I found Proactive Home Services. I appreciate the fact that someone answers the phone when you call. Also appreciate the text notification when the technician is on his way. Joe who was my technician arrived right on time and did a wonderful job replacing my thermostat and tuning up my central air conditioning. Prices are fair and I will definitely be using them again and will recommend them to friends and family. I chose them because of the positive reviews they received from satisfied customers online and I’m happy to be leaving one also. Thanks Joe and Proactive Home Services.

Our A/C stopped working during a heat wave and understandably we did have to wait 3 days before they could schedule us. Their technician Joe fixed the problem by installing a super booster to help kick on our old compressor. Joe was efficient, pleasant, and got the job done for a fair price. We've used ProActive a few years now and they are always reliable, knowledgeable and can usually schedule a visit very quickly so I do recommend them highly.

Proactive installed 2 units with the ductless vents in my home over 3 years ago. Mike came and gave us an estimate and explained how everything would go. The 2 guys who came the day of were excellent and the job went well. I couldn't have been happier. I would highly recommend them. They are reliable and honest. Every year they come to check out the system and they are always very professional. SO HAPPY!!!

I am a Property Manager on Long Island. After having numerous hack technicians try and find/resolve an issue I had on a CAC unit at one of my properties, ProActive came through. They quickly responded to my emergency request, came out the next day and had the problem taken care of. Their professional recommendations/expertise is what I look for to establish any business relationship. Scheduling, follow up and billing couldn't be smoother. Teddy the repairman was fast, courteous and excellent. The phone receptionist Alissa was super nice, friendly and gave us great fast service. We will always use this company for all AC and plumbing needs. We live in Point Lookout.
