They also explained every step of what they were doing and why they were doing it, which I very much appreciated. Professional, courteous, prompt. I called this morning and received a call back within minutes, by the afternoon David had diagnosed, troubleshooted and tracked down an impossible part to find. It is 11pm and Zippy Plumber didn’t go home until all the work was done. It was raining in my kitchen from my kids bathroom and they fixed it as well as few other extra jobs that they nicely helped me with after my emergency was fixed.
