I had a slow gas leak in my basement by my dryer that needs immediate attention. The operator was super polite , friendly, and very likeable. She had a tech over within 2 hours and he promptly diagnosed and repaired the leak. Jason was very informative and professional. I am a father of 3 young children that can definitely appreciate a hand when my hands are tied up with daddy duties. This was my second time using Roto rooter . Highly recommended!

Technician Scott was very prompt and efficient. Office staff polite and helpful. Have used Rotorooter several times before and always satisfied.
