Recently, I was able to refer California Plumbing to a friend in the community. Aaron and his team were punctual, friendly, on point and most importantly they did a great job in a very effective and efficient manner. They were able to replace the water heater with no issues. The do anything from apartment complex repiping to full sewer replacement. Their prices are competitive and their customer service is top notch! I would highly recommend California Plumbing to anyone.

So I schedule an appointment. Office confirms between 2-2:15. Get the text confirmation. Wait until 2:45 to call office and ask about appointment. Office can't get in touch with tech. 3:35 comes and now the tech arrives? Another already on the way. That's how you lose business. EDIT: I added a star since the staff was nice enough to contact me after the fact apologizing and offered to install my water heater at a reduced price. I mean it's a little late for that, seeing as how I got another company to install it, but the sentiment was appreciated. Things this company can do to avoid future negative situations: 1. If you tell the customer you are going to call them back, you call them back. Write yourself a note if you need to. 2. If there is the slightest possibility that the workload is too much for that day, tell the customer straight up that you may not get to them so they can make other arrangements. 3. If you end up fitting them in and you are going to be late for the appointment, you better have the decency to call that customer and let them know you are going to be late so that customer isn't just waiting and wondering. A LITTLE COMMUNICATION WOULD BE NICE.
