H Jack’s Plumbing & Heating Western New York

My experience was ridiculous. I called this company because my sewer was backing up in my basement. They sent out a technician, who advised me that he was to be 169.00 an hour even he was at my place for 5 minutes. He spent most of that time consulting with his supervisor. For that amount of money experts need to sent out. I gave him 182, with tax for him to run a snake in the whole that may have gone 5 feet. I'm disappointed and WIll NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. Wasted money. I am going use a solution I found online. It gave some results.

Very disappointed. I called Hjacks regarding the ignition system in our boiler system. They determined that the pin hole opening of the gas line in the system was corroded and clogged, too small a hole to clear out. (smaller than a paper clip). They went to get a new line in hopes that it would be compatible with our old system. It was not. They determined that we would either need to pay $1500 for a conversion, or $5500 to replace the whole system (replacing may be a good idea, but expensive. I thought that maybe I would try to clear the hole myself by using something smaller that the paper clip, or perhaps soaking it in coke or wd40...however, they had drilled a fitting to be bigger to accommodate it. So now I'm stuck without heat and no money. I wasn't going to complain online until I found that the post-marked check for $275 was cashed week early putting me very much over-draft. I was not pleased about paying $275 and having nothing to show for it other than being forced to upgrade the system as they had sabotaged me. Of course everyone I talked to 'after' the fact warned me not to use them. Go figure. I guess that's what happens when you are cold and desperate.

I was new to the area and didn't know who to call. Saw the H Jack's Plumbing ad on television several times so I thought I would give them a try. They were quick to respond and actually showed me the problem with our heating system shortly after arrival. The technicians were thorough and friendly. Felt they treated me as a regular person and not just a customer number on a call sheet. Good service and good products. Highly recommend them.

My husband and I have dealt with your company for nearly two decades. Service, response time, and efficiency have always been superb. Professional and competent in all respects. Recommend highly.
